Leaving engineering
In 2012, Mozaffar Jafariolia walked away from an affluent engineering job to make kebabs. It turns out grilling is a lot more fun than a desk.

He's been here ever since. The name and menu have changed around over the years, but the goal hasn't: serve great food and have a great time doing it.
